Is the Tutoring only through Skype?

 

No. I offer One on One (or Private Tutoring) as well as Small Group Classes. In the small group classes there will be no more than 6 students so you can be assured of getting  the maximum attention you need during the 2 hour class.

My English is not very good. Will I be able to understand the lessons?

 

I will always conduct a Needs Analysis for each student to decide what level of Tutoring you need. I have taught students who are just starting out with their English learning journey so I can prepare lessons that will be easy for you to follow.

 

How do I pay for my lessons or course?

 

You can pay for your private lessons or your course by Cash or EFT. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Credit Cards. The bank details will be on the Application Form. 

What happens if I have to cancel a lesson? Will my money be refunded?

 

I understand that life can get complicated and unexpected issues can arise at any time. If you cancel, or fail to attend one of your classes without letting the Centre know, you will unfortunately lose that time. If there is a medical reason why you cannot attend your session, Management will discuss this with you.

If you cancel your pre-arranged private lesson within 3 hours of your start time I will credit the money towards your next scheduled lesson. If you fail to attend your tutoring session without notifying me, unfortunately, I cannot credit or refund the cost of that class.
